The project was to create a complete design on preliminary level that will get his energy only from green energy sources.
A zero energy health centrum, that gets most of its energy by the solar panels on the back roof. The centrum has multiply treatment rooms and doctors’ offices. It also offers shelter to a laboratory and a pharmacy.
The back roof has 3 functions; to hold the captured energy, block the noise from the highway that is a couple meters behind it and to capture solar energy. 
The 2 openings in the roof have triple glass and special blinds that block and collect sun energy.
