A beach house where you can live, eat and sleep. The project was focused on how to create a tension between the in- and outside.
By creating a contrast of open and closed in the form there arises a tension between in- and outside.
The inside is divided on 2 floors. The ground floor is used for living and cooking. The first floor is used for sleeping.
The outside area offers a space to relax that also can protect you from the sun when wanted by the movable blinds above it.
